Wild Medicine: Winter Plant Walk
Join your local herbalist Jess Starwood for a wander through our local native environment to explore the medicine that exists just outside our doors. We will identify the plants we encounter and their medicinal uses and some spiritual correlations.
We can find healing not only through medicinal plants (which are abundant in our area) but also through nature connection and developing a relationship to the environment around us.
After our wander through the wild, we will return to the picnic tables to enjoy a light snack and beverage featuring seasonal plants along with time for questions and community building.
