Wildharvested by hand in the Sonoran desert of Arizona, creosote (also known as chaparral or Larrea tridentata) is the plant responsible for that unmistakable fresh desert rain aroma. Blended with jojoba oil, also a desert plant, it makes the healing properties of creosote easier to absorb than any other topical carrier oil. Added beeswax and shea butter and essential oil blend enhances the healing and soothing properties of this salve.
